I always try to make a little tree and this is my effort this year. Anyone could do it, it's just a peat pot with some cypress moss and a warm and natural bow. Sew a tree and star and use your paints to make the lights, antique and add some dragon vine. I used a stick for the base and glued it in. I could have made it in a lot less time but sometimes the smallest of things take a lot of "tweaking".
You can write your own tag. Mine says: Lord make me like a little tree, reaching up to grow for Thee; Shining brightly through the dark, keeping Jesus in my heart.

ReplyDeletePeggy, I was visiting a boutique over the weekend, and I saw the cutest tree. It wasn't nearly as cute as yours though. I decided that it would be easy to make. Now after seeing yours, I'm definitely going to try making one.
