Garlic scapes...

I never knew what to do with these weird things that bloom on my garlic. I didn't even know they were called "scapes". Go here and you can learn about them, and also have a laugh ....she will make you laugh.

    I just always thought they were seed head. LOL about the lady with them as a headpiece.

    I had no idea garlic grew those things!
    I grew garlic once.....guess I forgot. Don't you just love garlic? I do - use it ALL the time!!
