BBQ is THE most popular dish the country over! Every state seems to lay a claim to fame for their BBQ! I think that is wonderful and YOUR dish looks delicious! Anything that requires so much work DESERVES to taste great!
Starnes is the name of a Paducah family that has made a name for themselves in the bar-be-que business. No Barb, I didn't intend that we would bar-be-que this little doggie and she is well aware of that.
