Three Santas...

Time is running out. My one lonely craft show is Saturday. The one of the far left can't wait to get out of this house. Ellie gave me the old quilt and I used a pattern by Sweet Meadows Farm.

Lindbergh School at 500 North Waverly, Dearborn, Michigan. 9:30 till 4. I sure hope that Bar-b-que man is there again this year, as well as all my friends that I only see this one day all year. It is the 39th year of this show. Barb and I won't tell how many of those years we have been there. Even when we had many shows, it has always been my favorite. I hope I will be hearing about yours, November is the month for bazaars and craft shows.

Lutheran High West Craft Show...

Your small, medium or large dog can now have a bib to match its collar.

It was a rainy day but the crowd was there in spite of. Everyone looks forward to the first one after a long winter.

Guess what...lots of very nice things but no primitives and no dolls. But....
Barb was there with her iris folding art. I am proud of her, she had a lot of stock and a neat display!

I hope everyone sold a lot and had a good day. It is a nice event to make some money for the school. And hopefully everyone is home before the rain has turned to snow.

Pictures from the Craft Show...

Garden Candy by Patricia Ryan.....she is moving to North Carolina soon...
The Whimsical Mind by Linda Nixon...a friend in crafting for a lot of shows....
Donna's Hats and Flowers and Vintage Clothes had a big crowd all day......
Bears are waiting and my Crows Roost snowmen are in the basket far end. What was left when the show opened.
Waiting for the people...Lindbergh is the nicest show I know of, not usually a place for elaborate displays but high quality, HANDMADE. Barb sold lots of items for Relay for Life, including those famous PLARN bags.

And next week I will have to tell you about the barbeque person at the food concession.

A very good crowd of the nicest people...I love Lindbergh and I am so thankful I am able to participate. Happy Sunday everyone, off to church now.

Lindbergh Show is this week.

Saturday November 13, 9:30 till 4 at Lindbergh School, 500 North Waverly, in Dearborn. This is their 38th year. It is not the largest show in town, but excellent quality handmades and crafts. I look forward to seeing everyone from years past and meeting some new people too. We hope the candy lady is there next to us again.

He looks kinda tired but he will perk up when the show starts.

I hear it is snowing in New York City but here the sun is shining and I hope it is shining on you too. Happy Monday.

The Latest Buzz......

I hope these little girls are not worried about being replaced by zombie dolls. I say this because of the Facebook buzz about the zombie dolls at Allen Park Street Fair.

When we walked through on Saturday we didn't stop to look at them, however I am hearing that they caused quite a stir. It didn't occur to me to take a picture to show you all. I hope no one will be mad at me, and some will thank me.

One person said they were expensive and another person said they went back to buy one and they were sold out. There were several different viewpoints.

I'm sticking with Raggedy Ann.

Blooms

This is Angie, one of my favorites.

Something is actually blooming, along with a few daffodils we saw on the way to the craft show.

Handcrafters in Northville, this weekend, two more days you have to visit, today and Sunday as well. We thought it was very nice, lots of beautiful things, but not much in the way of country or primitives. I didn't take pictures, I don't think you should unless you have permission when someone is selling their art. But I saw lots of people taking pictures with phones. I don't think that's very nice, if they intend to copy.

You can copy Angie, she's a Chestnut Junction pattern and she will be happy.
