A color like no other...one of my mother's day lilies from a couple of years back. I always put them out on the chance that they will grow in my garden.
A little shoulder doll of no particular pattern with some old crochet I thought should be used.We had 100 degrees yesterday, according to the Sportsplex thermometer, altho our weather person said only 98. Then big storms with lots of lightning and a good rain for my garden.

And I can't believe your Sweet Annie did not come up ... Are you sure ... you may have thought it a weed and pulled it!

Your day lilies are very pretty. I have some, a bit darker. Mine are called Stella de Oro. I love the happy feeling yellow evokes.
It is sprinkling here and in the 70's after several days of 98 + 96 weather.

I have the same lilies and love to see them! I can't take credit - The former owners of my house planted them and they have come back big and strong every year.
