I would call that a very brave and true friend.
Aren't they both beautiful with their plush kidney creatures and keeping warm and cozy under Grandmother Stella's handmade afghans! The surgery was on Wednesday. Our hearts are warm too to hear such a story and we want them to get well soon.

How wonderful! what a happy story! My husband had a heart transplant 3 years ago so I know how important organ donation is! So happy for these 2!
That is a blessing! What wonderful friends they must be. It's just beautiful to see that so much good does go on in our world. Thanks for sharing their story.
