Books

I finished up Little Deaths, which was inspired by a real event in the sixties in Queens, NY.  I liked the book but couldn't bring myself to like the characters.  There are some good reviews online if you think you might read it.  One of them agreed with me.  But it is a very good story with a surprise ending.

Then I started this one today by Ron Marasco.  I didn't think I would like it, but I read 100 pages just to start.  I think I am going to be glad that I changed my mind.  I hope you all get to read a book today, or at least 100 pages.

I read a little bit every single day! At least a little! Some days are better than others! What would life be without books??

I do love to read and lately it's the perfect way to quiet my mind. It's going round and round and doesn't know when to stop. Thanks for the book review. They say we're once again back to being warmer and rain returns tomorrow.

I always read on my breaks and lunch at work and usually a little it when I get home too.

I remember seeing a television program about the crime Little Deaths was based on. I can see how the book would not have any likable characters.

I'm plugging away at my reading challenge books. There haven't been any that I couldn't finish yet. :)
