
What a nice day today, I mowed the leaves and moved some things in the garden and brought these girls out on the porch for some air. I hope you had a nice day too.

I know what's on her mind, she thinking she will chuck the broom and the apple and take the little red car behind her for a ride---or the motorhome maybe......
My little neighborhood is really into yard decorations for Halloween. I am the only Scrooge around here, not a thing in my yard except leaves.
The two that aren't facing the camera are even scarier. I really like their chairs and their glasses.

And this is the top side which is mostly threadbare, but still the colors shine. You should always make a note of where you get pieces. I 'm sure this was one given to me by a good friend. There are not too many available to buy these days..
Well he isn't an angel but he will have to do for today. Kynda will love his stick grapevine arms and legs.


Quilts were displayed on all three sections of the sanctuary, atop the organ, the pulpit and in an adjoining parlor. Antique quilts, newly made quilts and many theme quilts.
Everyone was given a directory telling about each of these quilts. So much work went into this event.
Some nice piano music too.
