The Wait is Over...(almost).....

CBS This Morning reports that unless you have been under a rock somewhere, you are impatiently waiting the return of Downton Abbey  Tomorrow Sunday on Masterpiece Theatre on PBS.

It will be really interesting to see what madness Shirley MacLaine will add to the story .  I can't imagine she will be a match for Maggie Smith, how could anyone...

I read that someone wrote that watching the show is like watching a play, only better,  and that every person in the Downton Abbey picture has a story plot.   I caught up with it when Laura, our librarian, said I should watch it.  I can't believe I missed the first season, I must have been under that rock they talked about.

I hope your Saturday was good and you are looking forward to church and Downton Abbey tomorrow.

I have been under the same rock as Maple Lane!!! WHERE have I BEEN??
Shirley MacLaine is Louis Dean's all time favorite actress! PBS? We don't have cable here at HOME but we do get PBS - I THINK!!

So glad I saw this post! Thank you!

I think I am one of the few people I know that hasn't watched the series. I am looking forward to catching up with past episodes on the computer this winter.

I love Downton Abby but have to wait for it's release on Netflix. This causes me a lot of frustration.
Shirley McClain will be awesome I am sure.

I want to get into DA too. And Rachel gave me the first season of Homewood to watch. Can't wait for Smash and Nashville and even Dallas. I love TV. We are granddaddy's daughters :)
