Detroit Art by Nicole McDonald

I am wondering if she paints these on-site.  The news story showed her stoking a wood stove and I see she is dressed for the cold.  These portraits are of people who have made contributions to the well-being of the city of Detroit.  I would love to see it in person, and wouldn't it be fun to see her studio.  I wish we would see more pictures like this instead of those of dilapidated buildings ( of which every big city has their share, ).
I wish the picture were not so fuzzy. I hope your week will be good.

That is amazing and so interesting. My oldest son is an artist and especially likes to do portraits and murals. Thanks so much for visiting my blog today. I love your posts!
