An unexpected surprise for me on Saturday. Tyler's (GS) Linden Marching Band was competing and I got to go. Here they are waiting for the big moment.
And here they are on the field, I was so impressed.. and so proud! And it was so interesting. I hope I will be able to go again next year. Tyler will be a senior then!And .....Annette gets the award for most enthusiastic and vocal Mom.

Your post of high school marching band competition, Peggy...brings back memories for me. My oldest g/son Dustin played and his mom's name is Annette also(my daughter)!
I was in so many of those comps, both band and drum and bugle corp, it was like a way of life for me all through Junior High and part of High School. It was very intense at the time.
