Kale

We've been making Kale chips.  I don't think I will get tired of them, because I never get that many to eat.  Rebecca eats them all.  She will injure you if you get too close to the pan.

Wash and strip the green parts from the stems.  I tear them a little.  Put them on aluminum foil drizzle with olive oil (kinda massage it in)  and sea salt.  Bake 350 for 15 minutes.  Never mind the smell, you will not care, they are so good.

I have tried these, but they just go to nothing. Like eating green air. Is that what's supposed to happen? I don't get it :/

You know this is something I've always been wanting to try. I'm going to have to do it.

we eat kale often--we stir fry it with other veggies, we add it to soups, we put it in salads & omelets. Never thought to make chips. Might have to try this, Thanks!
